III. Details on Data Processing

1. Contact
When you contact us via contact form or email, we use your information solely to process your request. Without this data, we may not be able to process your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Storage occurs until the final processing of the request, unless legal retention obligations prevent this.

2. Applications
You can apply through our website. In doing so, we collect and process your application data electronically. Legal basis: § 26 BDSG in conjunction with Art. 88 GDPR. After rejection, the data is deleted after two months – unless legal requirements necessitate longer retention. If consent is given for further storage (e.g., in a talent pool), Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR applies. This consent can be revoked at any time.

3. Server Log Data
When visiting our website, certain data about your browser is automatically transmitted to our server (e.g., browser type, operating system, IP address in anonymized form, referrer URL, date and time). This data serves the security, stability, and optimization of our service. It is stored for a maximum of 21 days, unless a security-relevant incident requires longer storage. Legal basis: Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

4. Matomo (Web Analytics)
We use Matomo, an open-source analysis software on our own server without setting a cookie. Data collected includes IP address (anonymized), visited pages, duration of visit, and referrer URL. No cookie is stored. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR) or our legitimate interest in optimizing our web offering (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR). The IP address is shortened so that no conclusions about your identity are possible.

5. CloudFlare (Content Delivery Network)
We use the CloudFlare service to secure and accelerate the website. This may involve processing data such as IP address, pages accessed, browser type, operating system, and referrer URL. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. For more information, visit: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
